The Ministry of Interior (MOI) represented by the Happiness Directorate General, and in cooperation with the Etisalat Academy, launched the program of the sixth Customer Happiness Diploma for 2020. The program will be attended by 188 employees from 40 governmental and semi-governmental entities at the UAE level.
The program will also feature the participation of 15 employees from the Ministry of Health and Health authorities in Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The 15 seats were allocated to frontline health soldiers in recognition of their distinguished efforts to protect citizens and residents of the UAE.
