Major General Dr. Ahmed Nasser al Raisi, MoI General Inspector presided the grievance committee meeting which adopts happiness in looking into the ministry’s employees grievances and fosters a work environment that motivates innovation.

 

The committee discussed a number of requests from MoI employees submitted through the grievance and complaints system. The committee reviews complaints, grievances, administrative procedures, and regulatory decisions. It also looks into repeated grievances in order to devise final solutions in coordination with the concerned departments to be submitted for final approval by the MoI executive council to be later applied to similar situations.
