On Friday, the Sixth session of the 9th Ministry of Interior (MoI) Ramadan Councils 2020 kicks off remotely under the slogan The UAE of the Future , Ready for the Next 50". Today’s virtual Council will tackle the topic of Growth and Sustainability within the themes of "Food Security", "Sciences and Knowledge", Industry and Investment and Economic Diversification .

The virtual Council was presented by Mohamed Ghanem, with participation of Dherar Belhoul Al Falasi Member of the Federal National Council, , Director General of the Watani Al Emarat , HE Naima Abdullah Al Sharhan, Member of the Federal National Council, HE .Dr. Dr. Hashem Jasim Al Wali from the Ministry of Culture and Knowledge Development, and HE. Dr. Ghaleb Al Hadrami Al Buraiki, Acting Director of the UAE University Vice President for Academic Affairs and HE Majed Al Awadhi. General Manager at Shams Power Company .

The meeting stressed that the UAE adopts strategies with future aspirations and prioritizes growth and sustainability through promoting economic diversification and food security with scientific techniques and thoughtful planning and adopts standards of science and knowledge in developing its strategy to enhance its prosperous development path.
