Aqdar World Summit Begins Tomorrow in Moscow

Aqdar World Summit kicks off tomorrow, Thursday, at VDNH, 75 pavilion, Prospect Mira, 119, Moscow, Russia from the 29 August – 1 September, in conjunction with Moscow Global Forum.
The third edition of the summit is held this year under the theme Global Empowerment of Communities: Experiences and Lessons Learned and aims to build empowered communities able to face the current and future challenges to achieve global peace and security. The summit also intends to promote joint global community efforts and support governments and international institutions in achieving their goals and objectives. This theme will be addressed through three main sessions, each of which will include a number of topics to be presented by distinguished UAE ministers and officials and top-notch speakers from all over the world.
The Moscow edition of Aqdar World Summit features a number of scientific papers that reflect the visions and strategies of the UAE in dealing with a number of key topics discussed through 26 workshops and 3 youth circles organized by a number of UAE institutions and delivered by renowned experts and professionals from the UAE and abroad.
Commenting on this occasion, Advisor Dr. Ibrahim Al Dabal, CEO of Khalifa Empowerment Program-Aqdar, said: we are truly proud and grateful for the position the summit has achieved this year and for holding it in Moscow, Russia for the first time. We aim through Aqdar World Summit to transfer our knowledge and experiences in different fields to other countries outside the UAE, and that is part of our strategy to share our moral values and experiences with the world.
Dr. Al Dabal added: To achieve sustainability in empowering communities, sharing experiences is the key. We cannot comprehensively develop a strong and powerful community that is able to overcome the obstacles and challenges that face them without learning and utilizing the experiences and knowledge of other countries and governments in all fields. Exchanging of knowledge is the cornerstone to the development and empowerment of ambitious generations capable of building advanced and sustainable societies.
Commenting on holding the summit in conjunction with Moscow Global Forum, Mr. Pavel Kuzmin, Program Director of Moscow Global Forum City for Education , said: Moscow Global Forum is a unique space where each participant can find their own interest. This year, the forum venue will host more than 700 events varying from business and education to entertainment. For the third year in a row, the Forum has been gathering leading Russian and foreign experts, attracting companies with the best methods and projects in the field of training, education, and quality control.
He added: In 2019, City for Education expanded the international agenda. The Forum will host Aqdar World Summit- the event that focuses on the development and the empowerment of communities and individuals in a framework that is based on the study of reality while foreseeing the future and understanding the changes that are happening in the world. For the first time in history, this summit will not be held in the United Arab Emirates, but in Moscow and we are truly excited and interested in learning from the experiences of foreign colleagues.
Aqdar World Summit is organized by Khalifa Empowerment Program Aqdar in cooperation with INDEX Conferences Exhibitions – a member of INDEX Holding and the support of a number of local and international bodies.
