The ministry of interior has developed a channel in sign language to facilitate communications with people that have hearing disabilities or speech difficulties and provide them professional advisory, support and answer inquiries regarding our electronic smart services.
A specialized team of sign language will provide advisory support through the use of communication program known (Skype), to activate the service be sure to download the program (Skype) Available for PCs and tablets and you can do so by following the steps outlined by Clicking Here
To be able to use the channel please add our account (smart@moi.gov.ae) on Skype to your account or directly press on the ministry's account below:
- Working hours for this channel will be from 8am till 3pm (UAE timings)
- All conversations should be in English or Arabic
- Please do not engage in any political discussion
- Do not use unlawful, harassing, abusive, threatening, harmful, obscene, profane, sexually orientated or racially offensive language during the live session.
- Do not spam or flood the webcam session.
